At Bristol Hotel Salalah, your check-in will be generally from 2:00 p.m., We do our very best to check in earlier but since check out time isn’t until 12:00 we can’t promise anything in advance.

In case we are not able to check you in earlier, our lounge area has many cozy sofas you can relax while waiting and we can store your luggage in our luggage room.

If you would like to secure an early check-in we recommend booking and pay for an additional night before the arrival date.

Check-out from the room is at 12.00 p.m. at the latest, as the rooms must get cleaned for the upcoming arrivals. Please know that there will be an additional charge for late check-out.

Yes, all Bristol hotel Salalah rooms are equipped with air condition and telephone line.

At Bristol Hotel Salalah, Children up to 12 years stay free of charge in their parent’s room using. Our younger guests can enjoy their time at the hotel kids’ area and kids swimming pool

No, Salalah Airport is located 16.7 km/16 min. away from the hotel location.

In Case of cancellation, one night fees will be charged as cancellation charge, if the room has not been cancelled by the appropriate time (3 days)

And if the guest requests a cancellation confirmation,  it must be mailed within 3 business days to his/her address via email including the following information:

– Our hotel’s name and address

– All details related to the reservation/cancellation

– Cardholder name

– Credit card number and expiration date

– Cancellation Number

It is not allowed in Bristol Hotel Salalah to bring your pets.

The reception desk is open 24 hours to be at your service day and night.
